Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you wait for a reply.

These answers describe the current product and public workflow, including what is not live yet.

Can I bring the documents my company already uses?

Yes. Bring a safe proposal, agreement, estimate, invoice, or related source file to a guided review. Uploading stores private reference material; it does not automatically render, convert, or map the document. Only a supported, configured, and validated workflow is activated.

Does a customer need a FormEsque account to review a proposal?

The customer proposal review experience is built around a private, record-scoped link and does not require the customer to enter the staff workspace. They only see the specific review or invoice experience sent to them.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the screen or workflow, what you expected, what happened instead, and any non-sensitive reference number shown by the application. Do not send passwords, private signing links, payment details, or confidential customer documents through this form.

Can support recover a deleted signed record?

Signed legal records are intended to be preserved with their signature and audit history. Normal application behavior should archive rather than permanently erase them. If something appears missing, stop making changes to that job and send the job reference and visible status through the support form.

Does FormEsque collect online customer payments today?

Online customer checkout is rolling out to approved Standard + Payments workspaces. Every workspace can continue recording confirmed payments manually.

Where should I report a security concern?

Choose Trust and security in the support form and provide a concise description without including exploitable secrets or customer data. The security page also explains the current controls and incident process.
