Cookies are small values a website stores through a browser. Local and session storage are related browser technologies. FormEsque uses these technologies only for service operation, security, user choices and temporary recovery purposes described below.

Authentication providers and FormEsque use essential cookies to establish a session, prevent request forgery, remember authentication state, apply security controls and route users to the correct organization. Disabling these cookies may prevent sign-in and protected workflows from functioning.

FormEsque may remember interface preferences, cookie choices, active workspace context and other choices. Browser storage may also hold an encrypted or scoped temporary recovery copy when connectivity is interrupted so unsaved edits can be synchronized after service returns.

Browser recovery storage is not the authoritative document record. Server-confirmed workspace data remains authoritative, and temporary recovery data is cleared or replaced after successful synchronization according to application behavior.

FormEsque may process privacy-scrubbed error diagnostics and limited performance timings to secure, troubleshoot and maintain the service. This operational monitoring is not used to create advertising profiles, and session replay is disabled in the current monitoring configuration.

Optional product analytics and additional audience-focused performance measurement are disabled unless you affirmatively allow their separate categories through Cookie Preferences. FormEsque does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising cookies or sell browser activity for advertising. Allowing a category does not mean a vendor is active; it permits FormEsque to load technology in that category if it is disclosed and configured.

On a first visit, you can keep only necessary storage or open Cookie Preferences to choose separately whether optional analytics and additional performance measurement may be used. Necessary authentication, security, preference, and recovery storage cannot be disabled through this tool because protected and offline-recovery features depend on it.

You can reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer at any time. The choice is stored on the device and browser where it was made. Clearing browser data resets the choice, and you may need to choose again on another device or browser.

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking necessary storage can sign you out, remove offline recovery data or prevent signing and dashboard features from working. Browser controls vary by device and provider.

We may revise this policy when browser technology or service providers change. Questions should be submitted through the support channel identified in your account or service agreement.
