Subprocessor List

These providers support FormEsque hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, address assistance and optional AI processing.

1. Current subprocessors

A provider receives only the information reasonably needed for its role. Availability, regions and product terms are governed by the provider agreement in effect for FormEsque.

2. Customer-enabled features

Google Maps and OpenAI processing occur only when the related feature is configured and used. Organizations should avoid submitting unnecessary personal, confidential or regulated data to optional AI features.

3. Provider management

FormEsque evaluates provider purpose, security posture, contractual protections and operational dependency before material use. Access is limited by credentials and service roles, and providers may not use customer content for unrelated purposes except as permitted by their contract and law.

4. Changes

We may add, replace or remove providers as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here and additional notice will be provided where required by a customer agreement or applicable law.
