What does Standard + Payments add?
Standard + Payments is the $59 monthly plan. Its online checkout features require the production Authorize.Net environment and a connected merchant account.
Is online customer payment checkout live?
Customer online checkout becomes available when the production Authorize.Net environment is enabled and the workspace connects its merchant account. Every workspace can record confirmed payments manually.
Can I use my existing proposal templates?
Yes. Upload a validated PDF or DOCX, then use Template Studio to add fields, map stages, preview, and publish it. Draft recommendations stay under your control.
What happens during document configuration?
Template Studio validates fields, rendering capabilities, stage mappings, signatures, and publication state. Drafts cannot be used for new customer documents until you publish them.
Can I collect deposits and final payments?
Both plans let authorized team members record confirmed deposits and final payments manually. Online checkout requires the production Authorize.Net environment.
Are payment-processing fees included?
No. Standard + Payments costs $59/month, while Authorize.Net processing and merchant-account fees apply separately to client payments. FormEsque does not add an application fee at launch.
Can customers sign from their phones?
Yes. Customer review and documented electronic-signature pages are designed for phones, tablets and desktop browsers.
Can I convert a signed proposal into an invoice?
Yes. FormEsque can create an invoice from the locked signed proposal so approved descriptions, quantities and pricing remain connected to the customer job.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. When production billing is configured, owners and admins manage the subscription in FormEsque through Authorize.Net. Upgrades update the existing subscription, and downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current period.
Does FormEsque store signed documents?
Yes. Signed document records and signature audit history are retained in the authorized company workspace and are archived rather than normally deleted.
Can I customize my company branding?
