FormEsque is committed to making its public website and core document workflows usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as ongoing product work, not a one-time badge.

Our working standard

Designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

FormEsque aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA where they apply. This statement describes an engineering target and current practices; it is not a certification that every page, uploaded file, browser, or assistive-technology combination is fully conformant.

Keyboard paths

Navigation and standard controls are designed to work without a pointer, with Escape handling where menus or dialogs open.

Visible focus

Interactive elements use visible focus treatment so keyboard users can track where the next action will occur.

Names and status

Controls use accessible names, and important loading, success, and failure changes are exposed through status or alert semantics.

Contrast and meaning

Text and actions are designed with strong contrast, while color is not intended to be the only signal for a state or required action.

Zoom and reflow

Public pages and standard workflows are designed to adapt across screen sizes and preserve browser zoom and pinch-to-zoom.

Reduced motion

Marketing animation respects the browser's reduced-motion preference, and essential actions do not depend on decorative motion.

Known limitations

Complex document software has accessibility risks that should be named plainly. Current areas for continued review include:

Some proposal editors, document canvases, and generated PDFs use fixed-position layouts that may require horizontal exploration at high zoom.
Customer-uploaded documents can inherit missing headings, reading order, alternative text, contrast, or form labels from the source file.
Drawing a signature and manipulating visual document objects can be difficult with some assistive technologies; available alternatives depend on the specific workflow.
Not every protected workflow and third-party authentication surface has completed an independent assistive-technology audit.

If a FormEsque page or workflow prevents you from completing a task, use the support form and select Privacy and accessibility. Helpful details include the page, task, browser, device, and assistive technology involved.

Do not send passwords, private signing links, full payment information, or confidential document contents. Support may request a safer way to collect additional details if needed.

FormEsque will review reported barriers and prioritize fixes based on impact and feasibility. Response and remediation times vary, and submitting a report does not create a guaranteed resolution deadline.

Compatibility and third-party content

FormEsque is intended for current major browsers with browser zoom and common assistive technologies. Authentication, email clients, payment services, customer-provided documents, and other third-party surfaces are governed and implemented by their respective providers; FormEsque will still help identify the correct path when a barrier crosses those boundaries.
